This was my 7th time staying with the Park Phoenix and it gets better every time! The staff is extremely friendly, the rooms are well kept and very clean. The beds are extremely comfortable and they are one of the main reasons why I return as much as I do to this hotel. I have also had the opportunity to work very closely with one of the sales reps from the Park Phoenix..."Cat". She defines the term professional! Her ability to quickly respond to emails and questions concerning group stays is remarkable! Her friendly demeanor is warm and helpful. She is an asset in the finest sense to this company and is the biggest reason that my group will look to stay there again in the future. As you can tell I can't say enough about my accommodations while staying at this hotel! :)

A great hotel, in a good location, with very friendly and helpful staff. What more could you want! It was our 50th wedding anniversary and a surprise was waiting for us. A really special experience for a really special day.

Lovely and Convenient
This property is conveniently located to everything on Capitol Hill. The staff was available and courteous upon arrival and throughout the trip. I plan to recommend this hotel to the coordinator of our next reunion.

Great facility and staff!
Our Bagpipe Band has been traveling to DC for 17 years for National Police Week. After staying at several hotels we found the Phoenix Park. We have now stayed there for 8 years. Cat and Janice are awesome in booking the 15 to 20 rooms each year. Ana and the front desk staff make check in a breeze, and Jerry and the rest of the Staff are wonderful and treat us like family. They look forward to our return every year. The location, updated rooms, and reasonable rates will keep us returning every year.

The location was perfect, rooms were spacious, clean and well appointed. The staff was over the top helpful. Super convenient having a restaurant/bar below the hotel and the breakfasts and servers were top notch as well.

My stay at the Phoenix Park hotel was absolutely wonderful. I was in town for a concert and just needed a place for the night. I got a lovely room with a comfy bed, a huge bathroom, and more space than I knew what to do with! Even better, it was almost unbelievably clean. Front desk staff was friendly and super accommodating, and at least for me, the location couldn't have been better (close to Union Station but fairly quiet in terms of street noise). I can't say much about the amenities (24/7 fitness center and free coffee/tea in the morning) since I didn't actually use them. The Irish pub just next door was good for a quick bite to eat before the show, though I found it a bit pricey for what I ordered. Place had a good atmosphere, great food, and even better dessert though. Given all that, I'd gladly stay at the Phoenix Park hotel again and hope I'll be back sometime soon. The whole experience made for a nice weekend getaway 😊

As Expedia Gold Member, we got benefit from early check-in, in-room welcome drink, late check out. Location is quite perfect as located near Union Station. Nice Staff, nice room, nice location and nice amenities. No negative issue. Come back again for sure.

We were very pleased with our accommodations. Proximity to Union Station made getting in and out of DC very easy. The staff was courteous and helpful. Breakfast provided by The Dubliner was superb. All in all a very nice stay.

Beyond my expectation; wonderful staff
amazing. The staff was exceptional, from the front desk to the bellhop. We had a lot of bags with us, and when they saw our luggage cart they even upgraded our room, free of charge. Restaurant on site. Convenient location, can see the Capital from the hotel. Beyond my expectation, especially for choosing a DC hotel randomly.
