Two NCAA Division I men's basketball programs, the Norfolk State Spartans and the Morgan State Bears, meet in a regular-season matchup at the Talmadge L. Hill Field House in Baltimore. The 4,250-seat arena on Morgan State University's campus hosts this intrastate contest, a venue with a history of MEAC tournament play.
