Have additional questions?
Does the hotel accept packages on behalf of guests? Is there a fee to handle or store packages?
For each package there is a $5.00 storage/service fee. Packages may arrive no earlier than seven days prior to your stay. You must have a valid reservation or be a registered guest at the Phoenix Park Hotel. For everyone's safety, if the package does not have a registered guest name, it will be returned to sender.
When will the incidental deposit be returned to me?
At check-out, any remaining credit balance is refunded or released on your credit card immediately upon departure. NOTE - the hotel will release the credit hold on your credit card immediately upon check-out but your bank may take 7 to 10 days to release the hold by the bank. Contact your bank directly for any further questions regarding credit holds.
How much money does the hotel authorize on my credit card at check-in?
At check-in, we authorize your entire stay which includes taxes, Daily Facility Fee and an additional $100.00 deposit for incidentals which can be made by cash or credit card. Please note that any remaining credit balance is refunded or released on your credit card immediately upon check out. NOTE - the hotel will release the credit hold on your credit card immediately upon check out but your bank may take 7 to 10 days to release the hold by the bank. Does the hotel require a deposit for incidentals?
Yes, the hotel requires a $100.00 deposit for cash or a $100.00 credit hold on credit cards for the duration of the stay.
Do you have refrigerators and safes in the rooms?
Yes, each room features a mini-refrigerator and an in-room safe.
Do you have coffee or tea makers in the rooms?
We are pleased to offer our Lobby Coffee Service available throughout the day and served at the 2nd floor Powerscourt Living Room. Here you will find our gourmet coffee selection of freshly brewed coffees, latte, espresso, cappuccino and hot chocolate available 24/7 and included in the Daily Facility Fee.
Do you have a business center?
Enjoy our state-of-the-art business center located on the 2nd floor with access 24 hours a day.

We are pleased to provide through our business center PrintMe®--a wireless printing option that allows you to print directly to the Business Center printer from your smartphone, laptop, tablet, or IPad®. Simply use the wireless printer option on our wireless network with your own security password. Then proceed to the Business Center with your password and securely print your documents on a secure printer connection.
How It Works
EFI™ PrintMe® Cloud Service lets you send a file, locate a nearby printer, and print securely. Using the PrintMe Cloud Service is free; however, while some printing locations offer complimentary printing for guests, other businesses charge a fee for printing.
Do you offer room service? What are the hours?
The Phoenix Park Hotel offers Grab and Go service from the Dubliner located on the Lobby Level. We do not provide room service to the rooms.
Are pets allowed?
Pets are not permitted at the Phoenix Park Hotel. We accept only service dogs with valid documentation.
Do you have a fitness center?
Our 24-hour fitness center features equipment by Precor and incudes free weights, cardio and weight training equipment, treadmills, elliptical trainer, bikes, medicine balls and yoga mats.
Is there a charge for Wi-Fi access?
Wi-Fi access is included in the Daily Facility Fee charged to all guests at Phoenix Park Hotel.
Is smoking permitted in the hotel?
The hotel is fully No Smoking for tobacco, vapes and other non tobacco products.
What are the taxes?
15.95% per guestroom per night.
What is check-in/checkout time?
Check-in is at 3:00 p.m. and checkout is at 11:00 a.m. You may request Early Check In and we will try to accommodate on a case by case basis.
Do you have any additional fees?
Our $32 nightly Facility Fee is inclusive of tax and includes the following items:
** Welcome Beverage at Dubliner Bar on arrival (one per guest - maximum two per room)

What forms of payment are accepted to pay for my room?
A valid credit card is required to check into the hotel; however, guests may use cash or a credit card at checkout to settle their bill.
I have questions about my bill after I left the hotel.
Contact the hotels main line on 202-638-6900 and ask for the Accounting department for assistance.
Is my ID or passport required at check-in?
We do require a photo ID at the time of check-in for all reservations.
What is your cancellation/deposit policy?
If booked directly through the Hotel, we have a 24-hour prior to arrival cancelation policy on most reservations. You must cancel by 3 p.m. EST the day prior to arrival to avoid penalty of one night's room and tax charges. On certain reservations (prepaid and group bookings), a special cancelation policy may apply. If booked through a third party, contact the booking agent or website directly for cancelation policies.
What is the minimum age requirement to check in to the hotel?
18 Years Old
I booked on a website other than the official hotel website and I need to change reservations.

Do you offer free shuttle service from the airport?
We do not offer free shuttle service.

Take the D street exit after the tunnel

Make anther left onto North Capitol Street
The hotel is 2 blocks down on the left
From Dulles International Airport (IAD)
Take Dulles access highway towards Washington to I-66 east, continue and cross the Roosevelt Bridge onto Constitution Avenue
After 20 blocks, make a left onto Louisiana Avenue
After 3 blocks, make a left onto North Capitol Street
The hotel in 2 blocks down on the left
From Baltimore- Washington International Airport (BWI)
Take the Washington- Baltimore Parkway which becomes Route 50 then New York Avenue
After crossing Florida Avenue, go through 2 to 3 lights and take a sharp left onto North Capitol Street

Do you have valet parking? How much is parking?
We currently offer Valet Parking for $68.00 (tax inclusive) per vehicle, per day with no in and out rights. Self Parking options are also available at nearby public parking garages at Union Station and around the corner at Colonial Parking at Hall of States. NOTE - parking garage has size and height restrictions for all vehicles and cannot accept oversize vehicles. Self Parking for oversize and large vehicles is available at the Union Station garage located nearby. For additional information, please see our Front Desk staff or contact the hotel at 202-638-6900.
