Coffee and Tea Service is provided as part of the Daily Facility throughout the day at the 2nd floor Powerscourt Living Room. Here you will also find a Microwave for guest use and a Filtered Water Dispenser for cup and water bottle refill available for your use. Press “2” on the Guest Elevator or take the lobby staircase to the 2nd floor.
Additional Amenities (shampoo, soap, lotion, towels, trash bags) are available by calling the Front Desk at Extension “0” and we can deliver these to your room.
Wi-Fi Internet is provided as part of the Daily Facility Fee - please select Phoenix Park Hotel Guest and log in using your Name and Room Number. Assistance and Technical Support please call Wi-Fi Support at 877-530-0820.

The Fitness Center is located on our Lower Level (LL) and available 24/7 via your room key card. It features a full range of Precor fitness equipment, free weights, and exercise balls. Press LL on the Guest Elevator.
Hotel Guest Laundry & Valet Service is available Monday through Saturday for same day service. There is no service on Public Holidays. Please find the valet bag and ticket in your closet for use and leave bag at the front desk by 10AM or contact our Guest Services by pressing "0" for pick up.
Our Guest Self Service Laundry is available for use and provides a washer and dryer for your convenience. The Guest Laundry is located on the 3rd floor. Please follow directional signs from the guest elevator and access is available 24/7 by using your room key card.
Valet Parking is available for your convenience at our Front Door. The daily charge of $68 inclusive of tax will apply and can be charged to your room. We regret to inform you, but there are no In and Out options. For those who prefer otherwise, Self Parking options are also available at nearby parking garages and at Union Station. Our Guest Service Representative can provide directions and further information by pressing "0".
The Business Center is located on the 2nd floor and available 24/7 by using your room key card. Here you can access the printer for Secure Mobile Wireless Printing from your laptop or Smartphone. Ice Machines are located on the 3rd, 7th and 8th Floor. Our Vending Machines are located on floors 4 & 6.
